At Mon Chéri, we bring together ingredients rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Our buffalo mozzarella comes from Vallombrosa Cheese Shop, a church-run cheesemaker that handcrafts Italian-style cheeses using time-honoured methods — pure milk, traditional techniques, nothing artificial.
Our butter and cottage cheese are sourced from Bhavin's Farm, a trusted local producer known for freshness and integrity. These are complemented by carefully selected imported Parmesan and cheddar, chosen for their depth, character, and richness.
All our breads are handcrafted and baked fresh every day. Every sauce is prepared in-house, patiently simmered to build layers of flavour. Our pasta and handmade ravioli are made using traditional semola flour — giving them their signature texture and authentic Italian character.
For our pizzas, we use fine 00 flour to create a light, beautifully structured crust, topped with vibrant San Marzano tomatoes sourced directly from Italy.
This is our way of honouring tradition. Food that takes a little more time. Food cooked with intention and served with warmth. We hope you taste the care in every bite.
